We are a remodeling contractor in Atlanta, Georgia, that specializes in home renovations primarily on older intown homes. The owner of the company, Chris Erickson, has more than 15 years of experience and enjoys renovating historic properties and restoring them to their former glory.

Chris is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in History. Chris began his construction career flipping dilapidated intown homes. His love for history, preservation, and all things old blossomed into Evergreen Development Group. Chris grew up working around his Father who was a mechanical contractor in Northwest Indiana. He has been breathing new life into older homes since 2005.
