JD Kitchens Baths & More started as a construction & remodeling company in 1991, building additions, basements, porches & more, expanding into kitchens in 1994.

Our History
JD Kitchens Baths & More opened our first Kitchen & Bath showroom back in 1995 in Woodstock, GA and continued to grow over many years, We have served in the greater Atlanta and surrounding areas, and have had extended projects as far south as Florida.

Process
The Visit at the showroom.
This is where the fun really begins, our six thousand square foot showroom is designed around todays colors and trends. We ask that you schedule an appointment with one of our designers. We will discuss your project in detail. We will talk about the range of investment, and timeline for starting. We will discuss how the kitchen effects the lives of those who will be living there. We will get a sense of flow and rhythm. Go over any existing plans, ideas and photos. We will go through our portfolio. We will begin the selection phase.
On Site measure and Consultation.
When we arrive, we will discuss the direction for the project. We will go over must haves and ideas and goals for the project. Explore the design possibilities for the project. Identifying your unique needs and personal style. Verify what the needs will be for any mechanical, electrical and plumbing. We will make a video of the space along with pictures. We will measure the space. Confirm the investment range. We will take the information we gathered at our visit and compile your new design. We will do a layout of your project and provide detailed estimates. We will provide the best possible layout based on all the information and selection we decided on.
The Presentation.
At this meeting you will get to see the actual new proposed layout and design of your new project. The layout will provide you with the colors and selections of products that had been made. The graphic renderings provide a true to life concept of your project along with elevations and perspectives. We will go over any changes or revisions that maybe needed. Along with the design process will be the final estimates process. Once the estimates are agreed upon, we will write up the contract and sign off on the perspectives and elevations and all selections have been made. The estimate is now turned into a contract. Deposits are rendered, and special-order material is ordered. Permits if applicable will be decided upon and obtained. A tentative start date is established. Confirmation of the start date will commence upon the receiving of all product.

"John came and took measurements and said he would design a plan for us. We wanted new Dacor appliances and a different style sink.
When he had the plans, I went to their showroom and we discussed the details and I picked out the new appliances which included a oven/convection oven, a convection microwave oven, a pop up down draft, a Dacor Millennia electric cooktop, stainless double sink, stainless dishwasher. I also picked out the Kraft Maid cabinets, drawers. I was the garbage disposal and hardware for the cabinets. I then went to the granite warehouse to pick the granite for the countertops, desk and backsplash. The kitchen was taken apart and every thing redone. The process went pretty smoothly with only a couple of waits. The installers were wonderful. They were polite and did a great job. They also painted the kitchen walls.
